Typical diseases transmitted by Ticks include Anaplasmosis, Babesiosis, Ehrlichiosis and Tulremia.

If mosquitoes come in contact with the treated dog, they are exposed to Vectra® 3D and are repelled. Aedes aegypti mosquitoes are more aggressive than Culex pipiens. They are, like Culex pipiens, repelled fast enough to avoid blood-feeding but they are not repelled fast enough to avoid a lethal exposure to Vectra® 3D and die. 

When mosquitoes don’t get to bite, they don’t get to transmit diseases like Heartworm, West Nile Virus and Eastern Encephalomyelitis.
